FramePay provides a gallery and file transfer app for professional photographers and the framepay.app online sales service. Your privacy matters; this policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

App (FramePay Android):

• Photos and videos you select on your device (only for the sessions you choose) are processed for sharing to the in-app server or upload to framepay.app.
• Settings such as brand name, price, and currency; preferences are stored on the device and, when a FramePay account is linked, may be synced to framepay.app servers.
• Subscription status (Premium) is verified via Google Play and RevenueCat; the app uses this to gate premium features.
• Session and sales statistics (listed count, download count, payment method) are stored in the app’s local database.

framepay.app (online sales):

• Photographer account information (username, email), session and gallery links, and uploaded file metadata are processed on our servers.
• Customer payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card details; Stripe’s privacy policy applies.

2. Payments

In-app subscription (Premium) is billed through Google Play. Online photo sales and card payments are processed by Stripe. Card data is not stored on FramePay servers; the respective payment processors’ policies apply.

3. Use and Retention of Data

Collected data is used to provide the service (gallery sharing, sales links, subscription verification, statistics), support, and legal compliance. Data is transmitted over secure connections (HTTPS) and protected against unauthorized access.

4. Cookies and Technologies

The framepay.app web interface may use cookies necessary for session and security. Third parties (e.g. analytics) are subject to their own cookie policies.

5. Data Deletion and Your Rights

To request account closure or deletion of your personal data, contact us at admin@framepay.app. We will process requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

6. Third Parties

Google Play (app and subscriptions), RevenueCat (subscription status), Stripe (online payments), and hosting providers may process data. Their respective privacy policies apply.

7. Policy Changes

We will publish updates to this policy on this page. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice where appropriate.
