These terms govern your use of FramePay to view and purchase digital photographs offered by independent photographers ("Sellers"). By using the service or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
FramePay provides the technical platform that lets Sellers present photographs and accept payments. The Seller — not FramePay — is the provider of the photographs and is responsible for their content and delivery.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The amount shown at checkout is the total you will be charged, in the currency you select. Prices are set by the Seller.
Photographs are delivered digitally immediately after a successful payment. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final unless the law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise, or the Seller agrees to a refund.
Unless the Seller states otherwise, purchased photographs are for your personal use. Resale or commercial redistribution is not permitted without the Seller's written consent.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access content you have not paid for, or interfere with its operation.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FramePay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
