Delete account and associated data
You can request deletion of your FramePay account and the data we hold. This page applies to the FramePay app (com.framepay.app) and the framepay.app service.
Steps to request deletion
- Send an email to admin@framepay.app with the subject line Account deletion request.
- In the email, include:
- Your FramePay username or the email address linked to your FramePay account
- Confirmation that you want your account and associated data deleted
- We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Data that we delete
- FramePay account details (username, email, profile)
- Settings synced to our servers (brand name, prices, currency)
- Session and gallery data stored on framepay.app (links, uploaded photo metadata)
- Access to any galleries or payment links associated with your account
Data that we may keep
- Transaction or payment records required for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes (e.g. for the period required by law, typically several years)
- Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you
Data on your device
Data stored only on your phone by the FramePay app (e.g. local settings, session history) is not deleted by us. Uninstalling the app removes that local data from your device.
